What happens in Vegas...

…is supposed to stay in Vegas but this will have to be an exception to the cardinal rule.

At HotSchedules, we are passionate about service. You’ll find it in the way our Support Team provides assistance to our customers. You’ll find it in the way we interact with each other in the office. And you’ll find it in the way we find joy making an impact in the community by giving back. That’s just our Kool-Aid.

Last Friday afternoon, a group of us Hotties participated in the 2012 Trudy’s Bowl for Kids at Highland Lanes in Austin benefitting the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas (www.bigmentoring.org). The Big Brothers Big Sisters program shapes and empowers the lives of children through mentoring. This year’s Viva Las Vegas theme had our team dressed to the nines with feather boas, leopard pants, ‘staches, headdresses, gold, and even the infamous Elvis jumpsuit. Our very own David Cantu won Best Costume! Lady Luck seemed to allude a few of us (myself included) all afternoon, but the rest of our team made it rain with strikes and spares.

We had an awesome time bowling, but more importantly, we had an even better time helping Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Texas make a positive impact in the lives of children across Central Texas. We caught some of the fun on video. So yea, they say “what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas” but when it comes to service, we can’t keep our mouths shut!
