This year, to thank our users for their thoughtful referrals, we hosted an Austin City Limits ticket giveaway for fans who endorse HotSchedules. ACL is a three-day music festival held in Austin every year with over 130 performances on seven different stages. Pearl Jam, Dave Matthews Band, Kings of Leon, and Ghostland Observatory were just a few headlining acts in 2009, causing the quickest sell out in ACL history.
Our lucky winner, Heidi Olson, is an avid user of our online scheduling tools and has been speaking greatly about HotSchedules ever since last March when she joined the serving staff at Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar in Phoenix, Arizona. Six referrals and one drawing later, Heidi was Austin City Limits bound. Her suggestion to Eddie V’s, a high-end steak and seafood restaurant with locations nationwide, won her the trip and opened doors for our team as well.
